Key milestones in his career include over 20 years with Halliburton, where Richard Grifno served as the Plant Manager for Well Screen Products, overseeing manufacturing operations and product delivery. He also served as Vice President/General Manager at Western Well Screen Company for four years, managing the launch of a line of oilfield sand control screens in a predominantly water-well screen manufacturing business. Furthermore, he was the Business Unit Manager at Johnson Screens for four years, managing the day-to-day operations of the Houston facility, and continued in a similar role at Weatherford Well Screens after it acquired Johnson Screens in 2001.
